Tomas Trigueros is a third-generation coffee producer from El Salvador. Their family managed to become the third largest exporter of this precious crop with limited land compared to other coffee producing countries. His journey in the coffee industry commenced at Finca Loma de Paja, where he initially assisted his father, Tomas Trigueros A., who imparted invaluable farming knowledge, laying the foundation for his ability to produce exceptional coffees. Later, he acquired Finca El Cipres, a farm that previously cultivated various crops, but his intuition guided him towards coffee cultivation. The El Cipres bean holds rarity, accounting for merely 3% of El Salvador's coffee yield at that altitude and higher.
