Shop / Office Hours:

Shop Open: Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)

                            Saturday – Sunday (9:00 Am to 5:00 Pm)

Office Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm)

Order Processing:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

Please note:

  • Online Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday

Delivery Coverage

Cypher Roastery LLC delivers locally, across the GCC, and internationally.

We do not ship to or provide services in countries listed under OFAC sanctions, in compliance with UAE law.

Delivery Timelines

  • Dubai & UAE: 1–2 working days (via our delivery team or courier)
  • Other Emirates: 1-3 working days (via our delivery team or courier)
  • GCC & International: 3–5 working days (via third-party courier)

Delivery Charges

Dubai

  • AED 20 – Standard shipping
  • AED 30 – Remote areas
  • Free shipping on coffee orders above AED 150

Other Emirates

  • AED 25 – Standard Shipping.
  • Free shipping on orders above AED 200
  • AED 30 – Remote areas

 

GCC & International Shipping

  • Starting from AED 95 for orders of 1 kg and below. Total shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

Additional Information

  • Discount codes apply only to products, not to delivery charges
  • You may choose to deliver to a home or work address

Order Pick Up:

You’re welcome to shop our coffees, gadgets, and Nabtih items online for in-store pickup. As some coffees are limited or freshly roasted, we recommend checking availability in advance.
