Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the next working day.
As some of our coffees are freshly roasted or available in limited quantities, preparation times may occasionally vary.

Cypher Roastery LLC delivers locally, across the GCC, and internationally.
We do not ship to or provide services in countries listed under OFAC sanctions, in compliance with UAE law.

You can order selected coffees, brewing equipment and other products online for pickup from Cypher Urban Roastery.
As some coffees are freshly roasted or released in limited quantities, we recommend confirming availability before collection.
For same-day pickup, please contact our customer care team before visiting.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number when placing an order.
Orders can be delivered to a home or work address.
If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect or incomplete information, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
