Isidro Oviedo, a 70-year-old man, has dedicated his life to coffee cultivation and processing in the Grecia region of the Western Valley. From a young age, he learned the secrets of coffee, and over the years, he has turned his small farm into a place where the aroma of freshly processed coffee fills the air. Although his son Mario works in an office, he doesn't hesitate to help his father in the coffee processing work, setting aside his daily routine to join Isidro on the farm.
Together, they use a small pulper at home and dry the coffee under the sun on African beds placed behind the house. For Isidro, this is more than just a job; it’s a family tradition passed down through generations, and his son Mario has lovingly embraced his father's coffee legacy.
