This full-bodied coco natural coffee offers a rich texture with notes of marzipan and red grapes, layered with milk chocolate that deepens into dark chocolate on the finish. Grown at 1,642m in Bolinda — a lush valley in Bolivia — the Yellow Caturra variety develops a natural sweetness and complexity through slow cherry maturation, resulting in a refined and expressive cup.

Las Alasitas is located in Bolinda, Caranavi, at 1,642 meters above sea level. Established in 2014, the farm is part of Agricafe’s project to improve and innovate Bolivian coffee production.
Las Alasitas benefits from cool nights and mild days that slow the ripening of cherries. This extended maturation allows sugars to concentrate and complexity to build, resulting in a cup that rewards those who appreciate the finer details of specialty coffee.
The name “Alasitas” comes from a Bolivian tradition symbolizing growth and abundance reflecting the farm’s vision for the future of coffee.
