Located on the slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater and bordering the Ngorongoro Forest, Gaia and Edelweiss Estates are surrounded by rich volcanic soils and wildlife migrating freely from the Serengeti. Originally established in 1930 and now managed by the third generation of the Vohora family, the estates combine decades of experience with a strong focus on quality and innovation.
Harvested from June to November, cherries mature slowly in the cool and dry climate, developing enhanced sweetness and complexity. Every cherry is handpicked at peak ripeness, carefully sorted, and processed with meticulous attention to highlight the unique character of each lot.
