After more than a decade developing a benchmark coffee production model in Bolivia with Fincas Los Rodríguez, they began a new chapter in northern Chiapas, Mexico, near the town of Tapachula — right along Latitude 15 North. This is where L15N was born: a project that carries the same DNA of quality, innovation, and sustainability, now rooted in Mexican soil.
They chose this region for its rich volcanic soil, abundant water, and ideal microclimate for specialty coffee. It offers the perfect environment to apply their experience and philosophy, building from the ground up a farm that honors both origin and future.
Today, their farms — La Reserva and La Patria — represent a renewed vision: producing exceptional coffees with full traceability, carefully controlled processes, and an obsession with cleanliness and consistency. With state-of-the-art infrastructure, a seasoned team, and deep respect for the land, they cultivate not just coffee, but trust, sustainability, and long-term relationships.
