Located at 2100 masl in Western Haraz, Attarah Farm is managed by Abdulkareem Al-Harazi, who returned to coffee farming after serving in the army, inspired by his family’s legacy and training from Mokha Specialty’s development program. He now manages 5 hectares of Udaini and Jaadi varieties with his family and seasonal workers.
Cherries are handpicked fully ripe between November and January, fermented for about 270 hours in cool conditions, then dried on raised beds.
Attarah uses sustainable practices — shade trees, natural fertilizers, and 70% rain and spring water — to protect the soil and ecosystem.
