In 2002, a small dream took root on a 5-hectare plot of land. Over the years, that dream grew, and today it flourishes across 80 hectares of lush, thriving coffee plantation. From the very beginning, the land was carefully replanted with new, distinct varietals, each chosen to enhance the farm's quality and yield. The plantation stretches across an altitude range of 1,600 to 1,900 meters above sea level, providing the perfect conditions for these exceptional coffee plants.
As time passed, the old and less productive Red Bourbon plants made way for more diverse and promising varietals. Orange Bourbon, SL-28, Pacamara, Geisha, and Sydra plants now thrive where the Red Bourbon once stood, each bringing its unique flavor and character to the farm's coffee.
At the heart of this farm lies an Artisan Wet Coffee Mill, a testament to sustainable practices and craftsmanship. Here, the coffee is handled with great care—no water is used except for washing the parchment coffee after natural fermentation, a critical step in removing the mucilage. Once processed, the parchment coffee and natural cherries are carefully dried on raised beds, preserving their exceptional quality and flavor.
This farm is more than just a coffee plantation; it's a labor of love, where tradition meets innovation, and where every bean tells a story of dedication to the art of coffee growing.
