Since 1886, Finca Montevideo and Finca San Agustín have been a family-owned coffee plantation that has consistently strived for excellence in its products. Within the undulating hills of the plantation, their primary variety consists of Bourbon coffee, complemented by Typica, Pacas, Pacamara, Geisha, among others. All these falls under the classification of Strictly High Grown (SHG) coffee. These diverse species flourish in the nutrient-rich volcanic soil, nurtured through year-round vigilance and meticulous care. As they continue their journey, driven by an unyielding commitment to excellence, they are dedicated to nurturing not just coffee, but the very essence of their heritage and values.
