Coffee farming has been in the family for over a century, passing on from generation to generation. In 1994, brothers Ernane and Rubem Carlos graduated in Agronomy and set out on their coffeemaking journey.
In 1999, the brothers bought Vitoria farm with the intention of producing high-quality coffee, and over time they polished their skills and worked towards growing the best possible beans they can.
