The farm was inherited from Saul Tapiero’s in-laws more than 15 years ago. Saul Tapiero have worked with coffee all his life and with specialty coffee more than 8 years ago when he started planting Pink Bourbon being one of the pioneer coffee growers in this variety of coffee. With a lot of hard work, he has been able to produce quality coffee and have planted other varieties of coffee such as Caturron, Papayo, Pacamara, Ombligon, Bourbon Aji, and Geisha. This has distinguished him as a producer with a good offer of coffee profiles. Together with his wife, Emilce, they owe everything to coffee which is their source of income, and with which raise their 3 children.
