About The Instructor: Tim Heinze is the Coffee Education Manager at Sucafina and Director of The Center, an online educational platform. He has a Master of Agriculture from Texas A&M University and has been an instructor for CQI since 2017. Having started in coffee in 2009 during his time living in SE Asia, Tim has worked across all aspects of the coffee industry and is passionate about the cultivation, processing, and trade of coffee. Tim has also utilized his teaching skills in supporting development projects throughout the world. His passion is to cultivate a better coffee industry for all.
