These beans hail from Ngoma washing station in Nyamagabe, Rwanda, and bordering the pristine Nyungwe rainforest that stretches into the Kibira Forest on the Burundi side. This station produces high speciality Arabica Bourbon coffee procured from the Cyanika Mountains that rise more than 2,000 meters above the sea, giving the coffee unique characteristics. The Ngoma washing station caters to a community of 700 smallholder coffee farmers, each owning around 100 - 120 Arabica trees.
