The unique climate and chalky soils of Huehuetenango are ideal for the production of high-quality arabica coffee. We are proud to say that the coffee on the farm we sourced from is solely managed, grown, and cared for by Women. Asociación de Cooperación al Desarrollo Integral de Huehuetenango (ACODIHUE) was founded in 1996. ACODIHUE supports the production of fair trade coffee produced by small indigenous farmers, with plots measuring less than one hectare, in the highlands of Huehuetenango.
