Flavia Betoni Monteiro is the fourth generation of the family in coffee growing. His father Divaldi Betoni, a descendant of Italian immigrants, dedicated his life to coffee growing. He started producing in São Paulo and, in 1998, moved to São Gonçalo do Sapucaí-MG, in the Mantiqueira region. As a visionary producer, he co-founded the Alto da Serra Producers Association - APAS, which today is one of the most respected associations in our region, with national and international recognition in specialty coffees.
In 2008 with his death, for not having worked the succession, they had enormous difficulties. Flavia With the support of her husband and the indispensable help, they continue her legacy, turning crises and difficulties into opportunities.
Today, after much study, work and dedication, they produce specialty coffees with social and environmental responsibility. They have earned Fair Trade (APAS) and Certifica Minas certifications, ensuring traceability, sustainability and excellence of their coffees.
