Tamara, a small traditional town in Northern Casanare located at the foothill of the Andes on the banks of the river Pauto. Up a winding road from there is the fertile plateau of ‘El Tablon de Tamara’ (the table mountain of Tamara), here the lush vegetation features plantains, bananas and, of course, coffee!
This coffee has a medium-high body, balanced with hints of caramel, dried fruit, and a chocolatey mouthfeel.
